Chad Boruff

Chad was named to the All Knoxville team for 2 years consecutively, and named to the TSSAA All State Team 2 years consecutively. He holds the Knoxville record for 18 Home Runs in 31 games.

Chad was named 1999 Knoxville Player of The Year, 1999 TSSAA Tennessee Player of The Year and USA-Today Player of The Year.  In addition, he was named U.S. Army National Scholar Athlete of the Year with a 4.0 GPA. and  was named Wendy’s High School Heisman runner up.  His batting average for the 4 years in High School was 455 with 33 Homeruns, and 115 RBI’s.

Chad attended ETSU for 4 years.  In February and March of 2000 he was named Southern Conference player of the month.  In 2000 Chad was the runner up for player of the year of the Southern Conference.
Chad is a 4 year letterman and earned a 3.4 GPA throughout college.
